The Bentley Mulliner Batur was one of the highlights of Monterey Car Week at Pebble Beach. Only 18 of the $2-million coupe will be made – all of them have fixed hard tops. Since the Bentley Continental GT has a convertible version, it is possible that a Batur could exist in the future.

The unauthorized rendering essentially basically removed the roof, beginning from the top of the A-pillar and moving down to the back, while keeping all the other distinguishing characteristics of the Bentley Mulliner Batur.

The grille closely resembles the now-defunct Bentley designs. This one, in our opinion, was wonderfully accomplished and managed to address the Batur's oddly inflated rear section. The customary rounded headlights of Bentley have been replaced with triple-beam lights with LED highlights.

The Batur was created by Andreas Mindt, Director of Design at Bentley. A twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine powers the Batur. In 2021, Mindt, who has spent 25 years with the VW Group, will join Crewe. The existence of a roofless version of that electrified future is yet unclear, but it is most likely a possibility.
