Steve Hague turns the Scrambler Spitfire into the Paris-Daka Homage in 1980

The 2022 Dakar Rally 2022 ended on January 14th and congratulated winner Sam Sunderland on his second win for the Gas Gas Factory Racing based team. in Bolton in england    Steve Hague took on a new challenge to create a unique Dakar Rally with a project called Rallye 600 that will bring it back to the glory of the Paris Dakar with the help of the team that helped create it. Starting from the frame of the CCM Spitfire Scrambler, which still uses the high-strength steel frame that is the identity of the model and the engine is a 4-valve, 600cc 1-cylinder DOHC liquid-cooled engine. The maximum engine power is 55 horsepower and 57.89 Nm of torque, and other parts have been adapted to perfection.    Hague has changed the 17-inch wheels to 18-inches, and the rear wheels from 19-inches to 21-inches. The hot body continues the signature Dakar Rally that will come in the form of straight spokes wrapped in Michelin Marzocchi tires, braking system. of Brembo, handlebars of Renthal  Inspired by the BMW R80 G/S that won the Paris Dakar of 1985, the Rallye 600 has a body made of aluminum material, a high rally-style front fender, nacelle headlights, hand guards, and body paint. The team painted the Rallye 600 using the same color scheme as the legendary Marlboro.    Hague has added to the vintage Paris Dakar nostalgic by wrapping it in a pipe wrap and a rear license plate with an oval VSD badge, which the project soon accomplished despite the Dakar Rally. would have ended soon But in the meantime, watch the CCM Spitfire Scrambler Rallye 600 go on until next year's 2023 Dakar Rally.
