Noble M500 nears production with Ford GT EcoBoost V6

A clear, powerful, unfiltered taste that may be missing from the food that the British reserved for beer and cars. At the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed, British sports car maker Noble showed off a prototype called the M500. This is an entry level option below the M600. Four years later, Noble's eight full-time employees are ready to see a version near production and undergo final testing. The M600 is equipped with a 4.4-litre V8 mid-mount turbocharged variant developed by Yamaha. Volvo It has 650 horsepower and is fitted with a carbon fiber steel tube frame chassis. It costs around £200,000 ($275,000 US) for the tube chassis body panels. Like the prototype, the Ford GT M500 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 will make about 550 horsepower. 600 lb-ft of torque is similarly developed with 70% of the chassis fiberglass panels of the M600 and cost around £150,000 (US$206,000). , All horses are sent to the rear wheels. An intended production wet weight of 1,250 kg (2,756 lb) should produce a run of 60 mph at a top speed of 200 mph in approximately 3.5 seconds. Noble offers a full carbon body panel option for buyers who are willing to spend more money on a slightly lighter weight. The C7 Chevrolet Corvette headlights have stuck to 2018, as have the taillights on the Citroen C4 Picasso. Aimed at a complete, direct driving experience, a major revision sees the M500 mated to the Graziano 6-speed manual transmission with a dual-clutch transmission prototype. Steering is hydraulic, double wishbone coils atop the suspension at all 4 corners come with a passive damper and no ABS. Airbags.. The M500 is a bit "less gut" than the M600. The standard Recaro Podium carbon blade can be changed to a more forgiving throne. The cockpit is a bit wide and you can move your elbows even more. Two large screens provide a wealth of gauge information and infotainment. However, the Noble can be a bit heavy with the Alcantara. If there are no more obscene odds in 2022, the first M500 will be delivered to customers later this year, with an annual production target of 50 units. Unfortunately, unlike British food and beer, Noble is not expected to come to the United States. State
