The two "Yamaha ambassadors" evaluated its characteristics on the most demanding sections of the Moroccan desert, as reported again on the occasion. The propulsive part is associated with a new high-use Rekluse clutch lever with a two-part cover, a new oil cooler and a new cover for the water pump, airbox and high-performance filter, a control unit GYTR ECU engine, a 48-tooth sprocket, an oversized radiator, dual cooling fans and a titanium Akrapovič Racing exhaust.    Among the key features of the prototype was a suspension part consisting of a 48 mm fork with 270 mm travel with a CNC triple clamp triple clamp, then a new 260 mm long travel shock absorber . The braking system includes a new front brake lever, braided hoses and a new caliper fixing bracket and consists in the front area of ​​a single 300 mm front disc equipped with competition pads and also a new brake master cylinder, while in the rear area there is an oversize 267 mm disc .
