VOGE 300 GY RALLY | Real entry-level enduro

The Chinese motorcycle manufacturer Voge is now packing its well-known 300 single-cylinder into an enduro model. The Voge 300 GY Rally was presented at the EICMA.

Small enduros at low prices have become rare on the two-wheeler market. This is exactly where Voge comes in with the 300 GY rally that is now being presented in Milan. The heart of the Voge 300 GY Rally is the liquid-cooled four-valve single-cylinder known from the 300 ACX, which has a peak output of 29 hp at 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 25 Nm at 7,000 tours. No incredible power, but in combination with a dry weight of only 139 kilograms - ready to drive it should be 160 kilograms - quite appealing. It is shifted by a six-speed gearbox. Chassis suitable for off-road use The fact that the Voge 300 GY Rally certainly has off-road ambitions is shown by the fact that it is equipped with a 21-inch rim at the front and an 18-inch wheel at the rear. The spoked wheels are fitted with 3.00-21 tires at the front and 5.10-18 at the rear. The rally relies on a USD fork at the front and a central spring strut with deflection at the rear. Voge does not provide any information on spring travel and adjustment options. The ground clearance should be 28 centimeters, the seat height is specified as 850 millimeters. It is decelerated with single discs on both wheels in combination with ABS. The frame with split girder consists of extruded and welded pieces as well as tubular elements. The swing arm is made of aluminum. Other features include a frame-mounted front panel with a high window and a high front fender, which connects to the 12.5 liter tank via side panels. The cooler is also covered on the side. A crash bar is designed to prevent damage. The lighting relies on LED technology all round. A digital display in the cockpit provides information. It is not yet known whether the Voge 300 GY Rally will also make it into the German Voge range. During the presentation, however, a price house number was mentioned. At around 4,500 euros, the rally would be placed competitively. CONCLUSION With the 300 GY Rally at EICMA, Voge presented an inexpensive, simple entry-level enduro. So far nothing is known about a possible availability in Germany.
