Polestar 3: the first official image released

In the past few hours, Polestar has published the first image of a completely camouflaged prototype that anticipates the new Polestar 3 .   Defined by the company as a premium high-performance electric SUV , it follows in the footsteps of the Polestar 2 , but with a more expressive front characterized by a thin grille and a large air intake located in the lower area. You can also see the particular headlights .  Taking a look at the side profile, the zero-emission SUV features an aerodynamic body and muscular rear flanks. The upper area has a sloping roof while on the side there are pronounced skirts.  Production will take place alongside the third generation XC90 at the Charleston factory Sadly, Polestar didn't reveal much information about the new Polestar 3, but CEO Thomas Ingenlath said it will be built at Volvo's Charleston , South Carolina plant . He went on to say that the official debut is slated for next year as one of the most climate-responsible cars ever made.  The Polestar 3 also promises to be highly technological as it will come with an autonomous driving system supported by Luminar's LiDAR sensors and NIVIDIA's computing power.  We know the full electric SUV will be built alongside the next generation Volvo XC90, so they may have several features in common. Previously, Ingenlath has said that the Polestar 3 will only offer two rows of seats instead of three and we can also expect single motor and dual motor versions .
