Italjet Dragster: the Urban Superbike arrives in the 125cc and 200cc displacements [PHOTO]

Introduced by the end of the year the new Italjet Dragster in the 125 cc and 200 cc displacements . It is characterized by a sporty but at the same time connotative design, to which interesting technological solutions are associated. The first deliveries are expected from December.   A proposal that expands towards the electric Italjet Dragster in the 125 cc and 200 cc versions can wear the Red , Black and Yellow colors . A new electric version is also planned for the second half of next year, the Dragster # e01 Electric . We point out a maximum power of 12 kW and a nominal power of 6 kW.    The "Urban SuperBike" The model features a trellis frame composed of steel tubes and integrated with die-cast aluminum plates and the patented Independent Steering System (ISS) with a new single-sided forged aluminum. For greater sportiness, the Power Parts line is also highlighted for increased power and performance. Italjet has relied on great specialists such as Akrapovič, Malossi, Brembo and Ohlins. Malossi, a Bolognese company expert in the supply of special components and spare parts for two-wheeled models, has developed a kit for the vehicle that refines the performance of the centrifugal clutch linked to the two drive units. The kits will be available from February 2022 and the development of a thermal / electronic part kit for Racing use is also worth noting. Also mentioned is a set of suspensions that is Öhlins, in collaboration with Andreani Group; while the braking system includes Brembo Racing levers and master cylinders. Also proposed is a series of carbon accessories developed by Italjet. Akrapovič has designed two tailpipes for the vehicle, one approved for road use, the other in the Racing version and available in any case from February 2022. The Euro 5 approved engines are single-cylinder, 4-stroke and liquid-cooled. Two DOHC twin cam types with four valves and powered by Magneti Marelli electronic injection. For the 125cc and 200cc units, power amounts to 13 horsepower (approximately 10 kW) and 18 horsepower (13 kW) respectively.    Proposal On the Italian market, the price of the 125 cc model is 5499.00 euros ff. For the 200 cc model, on the other hand, it is € 5799.00 ff, figures including VAT and putting on the road and excluding ancillary costs, as reported.
