It will allow fast charging of electric cars: not only those of the Swedish brand , but will be available for anyone who needs to 'refuel' their zero-emission car. The station was built with an iconic design , some elements were taken from the Volvo Studio, while a plane tree was planted nearby and there are 30 square meters of flowery lawn on the roof.  ElectriCity car sharing Another novelty has been announced by Volvo and is called ElectriCity. This is a premium electric mobility service, dedicated exclusively to those who live or work in the Porta Nuova district in Milan . The fleet will consist of 15 full electric Volvo cars, always available, with the possibility of being rented from 3 hours to 3 days.  They can be used anywhere, with an advantageous cost (yet to be announced), but to be able to rent them you will need to prove that you are resident or work in the neighborhood. The specifications will be announced at launch, but the rental will take place through an app on which to register and put your data.  Volvo and sustainability  These two projects are part of Volvo's path towards sustainability. A roadmap already announced in recent months, with the aim of reaching 50% of full electric cars sold by 2025 and the ambition of arriving completely neutral by 2040 . This is not only by selling electric cars only , but also by reducing emissions in the supplier chain and in the activities of the Swedish company itself. With the aim of a first milestone: -40% of the environmental impact already in 2025.
