Toyota GR Supra Jarama Racetrack Edition visits the famous Spanish circuit

Toyota unveiled a new limited edition version of the GR Supra in Europe under the name Toyota GR Supra Jarama Racetrack Edition. The car premiered earlier this year and was recently brought to the Jarama circuit near Madrid (Spain) from which it takes its name.  The Japanese carmaker expects to produce just 90 units for the European market and of these only two are expected to debut in the Spanish market (one of which belongs to Toyota Spain itself).  Externally, the GR Supra Jarama Racetrack Edition features a Horizon Blue trim combined with paco black 19 ”alloy wheels and red brake calipers. The personalized touches continue in the passenger compartment of the Japanese sports car where there is a black alcantara upholstery with contrasting blue stitching and a plaque with the production number located on the dashboard.  Toyota GR Supra Jarama Racetrack Edition Spanish circuit  The cockpit As standard, the car has an infotainment system with an 8.8-inch touch display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, an audio system with 10 speakers, carbon fiber finishes in all interiors and Toyota's Safety Sense + suite which includes several driver assistance systems, including lane change warning, blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control and precollision system with pedestrian and cyclist detection.  In addition to this, the special edition Toyota GR Supra comes with a custom set of leather suitcases, a 1/1 key fob and a pair of blue leather driving gloves, as well as a custom made car cover.  The engine There are no mechanical changes under the hood. This means that the Toyota GR Supra Jarama Racetrack Edition still features the 3-liter turbo line six with 340 hp and 500 Nm of maximum torque, coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.
