Maserati: here's what the Trident surprise could be

We wrote to you yesterday about all the news for Maserati in the coming years. After all, the relaunch plan of the Trident car manufacturer was unveiled in recent months by the executives of the luxury brand of Stellantis. However, this plan is only for the next 5 years. In this period we will see the debut of Maserati Grecale and the new Quattroporte, Levante, GranTurismo and GranCabrio . These cars will join the MC20 already unveiled last year. All news entries will be equipped with fully electric versions. Maserati: in 5 years what could be the biggest surprise? In fact, Maserati aims to be the leader in electric mobility in the Stellantis group. However, what many are wondering is what could be the development of the range of the car manufacturer of the Trident in the long term. This obviously assuming that Stellantis plans are realized and that the Modena brand is finally relaunched, reaching the desired sales targets. If this happens, it is natural to think that the range of the Stellantis car manufacturer could be further expanded. Among the models that in 5 years or more could enrich the Trident range, a large SUV could most likely arrive . Will Levante have an older brother? It would be a sort of big brother of the Levante . A model particularly suited to do well in major markets such as China and the United States. This car would focus on extreme luxury and the latest driver assistance technologies. Probably such an SUV in our country would have no market, a bit like it will happen with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer which in fact will not be sold in Europe. However, in other continents, the arrival of a model with these characteristics could be really valuable. If this maxi SUV arrives, it could be offered in 5 and 7-seater versions, thus becoming the first Maserati model with 3 rows of seats. We will therefore see how the situation will evolve and if in the future there will really be the possibility of seeing a vehicle of this type in the range of the Italian house.
