Lexus LFA: the 950hp successor would be in development

Lexus is said to be working on the successor to the Lexus LFA which could arrive on the market in the course of 2025 . The same source , coming from Japan, also reveals the potential engine present under the hood. Rather than using the original 4.8-liter naturally aspirated V10 from 560hp at 9000rpm, the successor to the LFA could employ a 4-liter twin-turbo V8 paired with plug-in hybrid technology. The total power would be around 950 hp. The configuration would include an internal combustion powerplant installed in front of the transmission and behind the front axle for better weight balance. The same Japanese source also made a render of the allegedly new modernized Lexus LFA that shows us much more elegant lines than the original model. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot confirm this information and the digital project itself, whether it is based on pure speculation or is the result of some details leaked internally.
