DUCATI STREETFIGHTER V4 SP | Noble street fighter from Bologna

Ducati is adding an even more elegant SP variant to the Streetfighter V4 range for the 2022 season. The SP is lighter, more beautiful and more expensive.

To have is better than to need, Ducati thinks more often and in refreshing succession offers noble models of their finest parts. New in the dance of the most sinful of the sinful: The Ducati Streetfighter V4 SP. If the fully equipped S seems too banal, you will be happy with the SP - probably. V4 in carbon and lacquer Basically, the SP is a pricked up V4 S, but it is only available in limited quantities. Price: 32,990 euros. A salty 8,600 euro surcharge compared to the S is justified by the aforementioned limitation, the exclusive winter test paintwork, which is based on the color scheme of the Ducati racing machines that are used in the pre-season tests of the MotoGP and SBK championships, the carbon rims in a five-double-spoke design, chic add-on parts and the conversion of the V4 to a dry clutch. The latter has no influence on the more than sufficient 208 PS and 123 Nm that the Duc gets from the 1,103 cubic. Easier and probably faster The Streetfighter V4 SP, which is only approved as a single-seater, is equipped with carbon rims that are 1.4 kg lighter than the forged aluminum rims that are installed as standard on the Streetfighter V4 S. This reduces the mass inertia at the front by 26 percent and at the rear by 46 percent, which should make the Duc more agile and manageable. The well-known semi-active landing gear from Öhlins is on board to ensure that this is carried out safely. Also included are the electronic Ducati Safety Pack with lean angle-dependent systems and the Stylema brakes from Brembo. Ready to drive, Ducati indicates the weight of the SP at 196 kilograms, three less than the S. Dry, it should be 177 kilograms. The new Streetfighter V4 SP will be available from dealers from January 2022. CONCLUSION Ducati continues to drill the Streetfighter family. With the SP version of the Streetfighter V4 for 32,990 euros, the offer is rounded off at the top. However, it is 8,600 euros more expensive than a V4 S.
